Meet the owner
Lee Hill
Lee grew up farming and working in his grandpa's excavating business in Illinois and Wisconsin, running equipment and learning to read the ground from a young age.
Lee went on to serve on active duty in the U.S. Army, then continued his service in the National Guard, where he also operated heavy equipment.
Lee now lives in Farmington with his family. With 17 years of experience in the industry, he built Hill Excavating on the old school values he grew up with: get the job done right the first time, solve problems instead of passing them along, and plan ahead so you catch issues before they ever become problems.
When you hire Hill Excavating, you work directly with the owner. Lee treats every property like it's his own.
